Check in 5minutes. Unloading 30 minutes. Waiting on count and paperwork 2 hours. When I arrived at 6am there were 2 trucks waiting on street. When I left a little after 8:30, there were about 10 trucks waiting on the street. Very dangerous to park there but no where else close by.

There are two kinds of drivers: those that cry and complain over everything and those that get things done. I read the reviews before coming here to see about parking. And ended up having a great comedic read. Look this place can be tight, capstone does handle the lumper service here, it is by appointment and you do have to park on the street before checking and until your door is ready (it’s not unsafe.) My appointment was for 9a, i checked in at 8a and had my door assigned at that moment. It doesn’t matter how long you’re in the door from then on. Unless you did something completely ignorant like book another load assuming you’d be right in and out. If you do that, that is ignorance in the industry. If you’re not getting paid detention time for waiting, you work for the wrong company, if you’re an owner OP the broker is screwing you or you just make horrible business decisions by not factoring in detention time. I could say bad about the company here but they treated me with respect. Everyone has a bad day. I think the drivers that report negatively have a language barrier problem, or they booked a load from a bad broker, 2. their company lied to them or dealt with a shady brok

Pulled on to the side of the road and walked to the receiver door for check in, like their sign asks. We showed up 20 minutes early and got a door immediately. Took about 2 1/2 hours for unloading, so that was pretty quick. Everyone was nice and professional. They send a text at the end telling you to stay in your truck and they’ll let you know payment has gone through, then they’ll bring your BOLs to your truck. Pretty good experience overall.

This is a horrible place for delivery. Small lot. It doesn’t matter if you get here on time. They forced you to park at the street. That is not safe for incoming traffic. Then you have to wait for a phone call. Take something to eat and watch some movies in your cab. There is a big line at the street waiting for that phone call. They don’t care about you like usual… I hope you read this before booking your flight! Ask brokers for more money and make sure about your detention pay in the RC.

They do not take any early appointment. There is no truck stop nearby. The nearest truck stop, it's 30 minutes away. There is no overnight parking, but however, you can park on the side of the street. In and out 3 hour . Not bad.
